Unveiling Occupant Experience in their Indoor Space
This subservice is the key to understanding occupant experiences in the indoor space, offering a specialized Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) service. This subservice integrates occupant feedback with measured data sourced from monitoring, to provide a thorough analysis of the design objectives.
Process description of the service:
This service operates by conducting detailed evaluations of spaces post-occupancy, focusing on user satisfaction, acceptance, and design effectiveness. The POE is conducted in two folds: firstly a “one-off questionnaire”, that collects information related to the physiology of the occupant, daily habits, general emotions, and mood, and secondly an advanced “right-here right-now questionnaire”, that collects information about the perception, satisfaction and preference with the different domains of the indoor environmental quality.
Main objective:
The main goal of this subservice is to gather user feedback and data to determine how well a building or space meets the needs and expectations of its users in terms of comfort, satisfaction, or other self-reported factors related to the well-being of occupants, and to identify areas for improvement.
