Use of cookies
MEZeroE’s website uses cookies to store data regarding visits from its users. Cookies have a default lifespan of 6 months and can be deleted by your browser at any time. Every cookie on MEZeroE’s website contains a unique identifier per user, which serves to monitor navigation taking place on the website using Google Analytics. The browsing data gives our teams a better understanding of behavior on the site and to optimize it in order to improve users’ browsing experience. No personal data whatsoever is shared with Google.

Newsletters
MEZeroE uses a system of newsletters to remain in contact with an address list of people who have chosen to receive regular information from the company. In order to send its newsletters, MEZeroE collects and stores the following personal data: contact’s email address. These elements are used with the aim of personalizing communication with subscribers in the most optimal manner and thus fostering the closest possible relationship. Personal data is stored using an email platform provided by Infomaniak, which adheres to the Data Privacy Shield and guarantees the safety of the personal data stored.
Contact form and data storage
In order to provide the users with the option of contacting its teams directly, MEZeroE website has various contact forms, in particular, to enable interested parties to become project stakeholders. These forms include a section requesting the following contact details: name, country, city, address, email, phone, and webpage.
These details subsequently enable our teams to manage requests and respond to people. This data is then stored in a CRM and sent to: urska.blumauer@zag.si
The CRM is GDPR compliant and hosted on an Amazon AWS instance located in the EU (EU-west-3, Paris).
All data is stored in the EU in a secure way.
Visitor rights
Every client retains the right, at all times, of access, correction, deletion, and transmission of their data. As the owner of their data, the client has the right to limit its use.

Data retention
All personal information will be used, hold and shared in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). At any time all rights according to the GDPR are guaranteed to the data subjects including the right to request access to their personal data, and to correct or delete that data, or to limit their processing. In addition, the data subjects have the right to data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. When the data processing is based on consent, the data subjects have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. The data subjects may also exercise all other rights pursuant to current data protection regulation (art. 15 et seq. GDPR).
