A path from construction sustainability to regenerative building
With this service, manufacturers are provided with guidance and ready to use approaches on five known analysis and/or a combination of them, aimed at understanding the financial, environmental and societal impacts and costs of their product. A pull of expert will support each customer in considering nZEB envelope product’s sustainability through economic rationale evaluation toward circular economy, environmental-social audits and LCA and LCC analysis.
Process description of the service:
This service supports IND partners to obtaining LCA/LCC analysis. Its process starts from a manufacturer’s database of different types of material and their characteristics. Then, case by case, experts will offer guidance in each life cycle method like eLCA, sLCA, etc., to offer a specialized, or holistic if needed, perspective on opportunities and threats in a product’s lifetime.

Potential topics for this service are related to a range of product in the European area, which concerns economy and circular economy, environmental-social audits, LCA and LCC analysis.
