Experts will give you support and guidance in advance from the design phase to avoid product modifications and reassessment processes, saving money and time.
Process description of the service:
Within this service the IND partners will be supported from the design phase. The first aspects to be considered is if the product is under the construction product regulation. Then it is analyzed assessment documents, other existing regulations such as standards or approvals, and path for product certification. Scope and approach must be defined and agreed with the manufacturer, and the last step will be the understanding of European Directives belonging and in some cases the identification of regulation requirement for the product in other specific countries.
Main objective:
Potential topics for this framework path are related to thermal and comfort in façade systems, or PV energy performance, or hygrothermal performance, etc., except for electricity, electronics, machines, etc.
